We are always on the look out for talent, and are seeking expressions of interest for both volunteer, and casual staff at Bathurst Seymour Centre in 2024.

We LOVE our dedicated team of volunteers. These local people bring a vast array of life experiences and their passion in supporting older people, people living with disability and their carers to live a good life.

We are always looking for people to join our volunteer team. We offer a variety of volunteer roles and try to match each volunteer according to the skills and interests they bring with them or want to learn. If you are interested, give us a call on (02) 6332 1449.

Casual or Part-Time

Bathurst Seymour Centre values its workforce, both its paid staff and volunteers. It has a commitment to ensuring that each team member has up-to-date knowledge and skills to appropriately support our clients.

We want every client to receive friendly personalised support and have a great customer experience from the moment they join us and throughout their time with us.

​

The Chief Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day management of the organisation and its programs with the help of the senior team, including the Clinical Services Manager, Finance Officer and Centre Coordinator. Other staff assist in running the activities, providing transport to and from the Centre, administration and cooking nutritious and delicious meals for our day centre clients.

​

As a community-based organisation, we are committed to developing stronger relationships, programs, and services with others who want to collaborate and work with us.
